If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not in the condition stated at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a free exchange. Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement.

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

• Clear photos of the issue are provided upon request.

Changed your mind? No problem. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product—no questions asked.

Please note:

• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• The item must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
