At Egyptian Pops, we’re committed to delivering our iconic vinyl figures to your door as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and partners.

1. Our Shipping Partner

We proudly partner with Bosta, a trusted logistics company in Egypt, to handle all local deliveries. Once your order is packed and ready, Bosta takes over to make sure your collectible reaches you safely and on time.

Please note that Bosta is primarily responsible for the shipping and delivery process after your order has been handed over from our end.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are as follows (from the day your order is picked up by Bosta):

・Cairo & Alexandria: Within 24 working hours

・Delta & Canal Cities: Within 48 working hours

・Upper Egypt: Within 4 working days

Working hours refer to business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays).

3. Order Processing Time

Before shipping, please allow us 1–2 business days to process, pack, and prepare your order for pickup. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Where We Ship

Currently, we deliver across Egypt. If you’re outside our current delivery zones or planning a bulk order, feel free to contact us directly at [info@egyptianpops.com] — we may be able to help or arrange a custom solution.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we work closely with Bosta to ensure fast delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

・National holidays

・Weather or transport disruptions

・Incomplete or incorrect address details

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact our support team and we’ll investigate it with Bosta on your behalf.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We'll work with Bosta to resolve the issue or offer a suitable solution.
